We’re excited to get your order to you as soon as possible! At Vibe City Designs, all products are printed and shipped by our trusted third-party vendors such as TeePublic, Zazzle, Redbubble, and others. Below you'll find details about how shipping works and what to expect after placing an order.
How Shipping Works
When you find a product you love and click to purchase, you’ll be redirected to the vendor’s website where you’ll complete the checkout. From there, the vendor will handle order processing, printing, packaging, and shipping directly to your chosen address.
Shipping Destinations
Our vendor platforms offer worldwide shipping. Whether you’re in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, or beyond — your order can be delivered right to your door.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by vendor and location, but here’s a general guide:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Please note that these are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on production speed, holidays, customs, and shipping carriers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, the vendor will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number (when available). You can use this to follow your package’s journey in real-time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are determined by the vendor during checkout and depend on the item type, quantity, shipping location, and delivery speed you choose. All costs will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple products from different vendors, they may arrive in separate packages. Each vendor processes and ships items individually.
Delays or Lost Packages
