Because your order is fulfilled and shipped by these vendors, returns and exchanges are handled directly through their platforms. Below, we’ve outlined what you can expect and how to proceed if something isn’t right with your order.


What Can Be Returned?

  • Wrong item received (incorrect size, color, or design)
  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival
  • Apparel that doesn’t match the description or has printing issues


What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Items ordered in the wrong size by mistake (please check sizing charts before ordering)
